About the roleJoin the Infrastructure and Operations team in the Senior Mainframe Workload Automation Analyst (TWS/ZWS - Job Monitoring) position. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) / IBM Z Workload Scheduler (ZWS) to support and optimize enterprise batch and online scheduling environments, while acting as a technical subject-matter expert for scheduling and automation.What you'll do:
Provide Level 3 support for IBM TWS/ZWS in complex mainframe environments.
Design, maintain, and optimize job schedules, calendars, dependencies, and critical paths.
Ability to troubleshoot complex scheduling, dependency, and batch flow issues.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
It would be great if you also had:
Experience with distributed workload automation integration.
Knowledge of CICS, IMS, or DB2 batch dependencies.
Exposure to automation scripting or DevOps practices on the mainframe.
IBM Workload Scheduler certifications.
Experience in banking, insurance, or other regulated environments.
