Working closely with the R&D Lab Manager, you’ll expand your role beyond basic lab work and contribute more directly to development and problem-solving:Perform lab testing to evaluate product performance, stability, and compatibilitySupport the development of new chemical formulations and improvements to existing productsWork with surfactants, alternative chemistries, and specialty ingredientsDesign and execute experiments that demonstrate product effectivenessHelp create practical and visual demonstrations (including video-ready applications)Document findings and present results to internal teamsCollaborate with sales and technical teams to support customer needsParticipate in occasional customer discussions to explain product performanceAssist with lab operations, inventory, and preparation of chemical samplesWhat you must have:A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry1–3 years of hands-on lab experience (industry, co-op, or applied academic work)Experience performing structured lab testing but looking to expand into development workStrong attention to detail with an interest in understanding the “why” behind resultsClear communication skills and the ability to explain technical conceptsSalary/Rate Range: $52,000.00 – $58,000.00Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
