- Analyze and develop new code, including automation, integration and unit tests
- Implement code fixes and support user testing
- Build and execute automation tests
- Ensure technical solutions are developed and maintained efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate in an agile environment to break down requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Work with both legacy systems and new application development, supporting our customer-facing portals
- Degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field
- Minimum two to four years of hands‑on software development experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Demonstrated ability to write, test, and maintain high‑quality production code with minimal supervision
- Strong proficiency in Python and Java programming languages
- Experience integrating applications with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
- Experience implementing end-to-end machine learning pipelines
- Proven experience building RESTful APIs using Java
- Working knowledge of one or more modern frameworks or technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET, or Django
- Solid experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL
- Experience working within an Agile development environment, including collaboration with cross‑functional teams
- Exposure to marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot
- Familiarity with web and API authentication and authorization
- Proficiency in using GIT for version control
- Experience in creating web services and APIs
- Work experience in financial services, lending or agriculture industries
