- Partnering closely with senior leaders to support workforce planning and hiring initiatives
- Acting as a trusted advisor on market trends, hiring strategies, and talent insights
- Managing and developing a team of recruitment professionals, driving performance and engagement
- Overseeing full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of corporate functions
- Enhancing the candidate experience and strengthening the organization's employer brand
- Continuously improving recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing strategies
- Tracking and leveraging key hiring metrics to drive data-informed decisions
- Supporting hiring across diverse functions including operations, finance, IT, sales, and more
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong background in talent acquisition, with experience leading recruitment teams
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence hiring decisions
- Experience building and scaling recruitment functions in a dynamic environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience leveraging modern sourcing tools and platforms
