The Opportunity:We're partnering with a well-established, North American-based organization with a strong footprint in the manufacturing sector. They're looking to bring on a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve their recruitment function across both Canada and the U.S.This is a high-impact leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment - building strong teams, partnering with senior leadership, and shaping how talent is attracted, engaged, and hired across the business.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading and executing a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth
  • Partnering closely with senior leaders to support workforce planning and hiring initiatives
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on market trends, hiring strategies, and talent insights
  • Managing and developing a team of recruitment professionals, driving performance and engagement
  • Overseeing full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of corporate functions
  • Enhancing the candidate experience and strengthening the organization's employer brand
  • Continuously improving recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing strategies
  • Tracking and leveraging key hiring metrics to drive data-informed decisions
  • Supporting hiring across diverse functions including operations, finance, IT, sales, and more
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Strong background in talent acquisition, with experience leading recruitment teams
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence hiring decisions
  • Experience building and scaling recruitment functions in a dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience leveraging modern sourcing tools and platforms
Compensation Range: $130,000 - $140,000
