- Utilize JDE software to establish project setups, assign cost codes, log and review change orders, record booked sales, and update or review project forecasts.
- Complete payroll weekly for hourly staff
- Monitor and confirm time entry daily
- Oversee labor costs, process posted purchases and monitor billing activities.
- Prepare salary recovery worksheets and other cost transfer documentation.
- Generate and analyze productivity reports.
- Provide accurate job cost data for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings.
- Examine budget variances to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Participate in monthly WIP (Work in Progress) reviews.
- Ensure project setup and structure align with billing requirements, including setting up billing lines as needed.
- Address and escalate payment issues related to project performance.
- Reconcile billed and unbilled amounts against revenue activity, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
- Monitor holdback release timelines and ensure all necessary documentation is in place for releases.
- Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to management upon request.
- Manage timesheet processing, including inputting hours from employee timecards, verifying entries, and submitting employee hours.
- Receive, verify, and process timesheets, handling related issues as they arise.
- Prepare accurate draft invoices for customer approval, post approved invoices, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Analyze expenses and cost transactions to ensure accurate recording and proper project allocation.

- Post-secondary education in accounting/finance or equivalent experience
- Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and JD Edwards.
