Open the door to new opportunities and grow with us.GENERAL PURPOSE OF THIS JOBThe Travel Coordinator / Project Administrator supports the CCI JS2 Jansen Project team by managing end-to-end travel logistics and providing administrative support. This role ensures efficient coordination of employee mobilization, accurate record management, and timely communication across project stakeholders.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTravel Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end travel for managers and designated personnel, including:
- Flights (booking, changes, cancellations, re-booking due to operational shifts)
- Hotels (as needed for non-camp stays)
- Camp accommodations requests
- Vehicle rentals, taxis, offsite shuttles, and site transportation requirements
- Ensure travel aligns with project needs, client requirements, and internal approval processes, and company/client travel policies.
- Communicate itineraries, confirmations, and logistics clearly; troubleshoot travel disruptions and last-minute changes.
- Maintain accurate travel logs and documentation.
- Coordinate onsite bussing needs with client
- Coordinate with Project Administrator/Site Management/HR teams to ensure personnel are properly set up prior to mobilization.
- Assist with entering, updating, troubleshooting and managing personnel profiles BIStrainer and ICC (e.g., onboarding profiles, training assignments, completion tracking, credentials, and document uploads).
- Request Parking Passes.
- Provide administrative support to the project team in preparing correspondence, memos, and routine project communications.
- Assist project administrator with camp forecast.
- Assist with preparation and formatting of reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and presentations.
- Support site events/meetings (room bookings, catering requests, etc).
- Provide administrative coverage in the absence of the Project Administrator, Safety Clerk, or other designated staff as required.

- Post-secondary diploma in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in travel coordination or project administration.
- Experience in mining, construction, or remote project environments is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond to urgent situations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with workforce management or training systems (e.g., BIStrainer, ICC) is an asset.
- Fast-paced project environment with frequent changes to schedules and priorities.
- May require extended hours to accommodate travel changes or operational needs.
