
Customer Sales & Service Trainer

- Analyze training needs to plan, develop and implement new training curriculum and programs, modify and improve existing programs
- Cultivate training and engagement programs that increase employees’ satisfaction, knowledge growth, and best practice compliance
- Participate in pilot training sessions (facilitator and/or observer for changes in content)
- Work with our LMS program to develop and maintain reinforcement training content
- Ensure the training created and delivered directly supports the productivity and performance of the business
- Incorporate the principals of adult learning in all training materials
- Provide feedback to new and existing employees
- Working with other groups to identify trends to be incorporated into the training environment
- Staying current on modern training methods, materials, software, and systems
- Develop monitoring/tracking systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities and Key KPI’s according to training for each new hire class
- Experience in facilitation
- Excellent knowledge of different learning models and styles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
