- Support to the program team to develop and maintain program schedules
- Support with the preparation of planning artifacts (Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Reports
- Support proposals
- Attend internal/external meetings
- Schedule analysis, month-end statusing, critical path analysis
- Ensuring Earned Value Management (EVM) processes are followed, and baseline change control and implementation of baseline change requests.
- 3 -5 years Planning Experience using Microsoft Project.
- Understanding of Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) scheduling metrics (14Pnt)
- Knowledge working within the Deltek Suite Openplan or Primavera (P6) would be an asset
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Experience in developing a work break down structures
- Experience in EVM Implementation
- Experience working in the defense Industry would be an asset
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
- Works well in a fast paced environment
- Excellent Organizational and Communications Skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing a large and varied workload
- Team Player
- Ability to Travel.
- Experience in the Defense Industry would be an asset
- Ability to work Autonomously
- Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines while working in a fast paced environment
