Support to the program team to develop and maintain program schedules
Support with the preparation of planning artifacts (Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Reports
Support proposals
Attend internal/external meetings
Schedule analysis, month-end statusing, critical path analysis
Ensuring Earned Value Management (EVM) processes are followed, and baseline change control and implementation of baseline change requests.

What you bring to the role

3 -5 years Planning Experience using Microsoft Project.
Understanding of Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) scheduling metrics (14Pnt)
Knowledge working within the Deltek Suite Openplan or Primavera (P6) would be an asset
Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Experience in developing a work break down structures
Experience in EVM Implementation
Experience working in the defense Industry would be an asset
Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
Works well in a fast paced environment
Excellent Organizational and Communications Skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing a large and varied workload
Team Player
Ability to Travel.
