- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the SAP CIS module.
- Architect and manage the data migration strategy from legacy CIS systems.
- Guide the team in analyzing existing business processes and mapping them to the SAP environment with minimal disruption.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Billing, Customer Service, Metering) and the technical team.
- Ensure best practices are followed for system integration, particularly with Meter Data Management (MDM), CRM, and Financials (FI-CA).
- Utilities experience is a major asset.
