- Juggle luggage: Assist with storing, arranging, and moving guest belongings.
- Make bookings: Take new reservations over the phone and match guests with their ideal rooms.
- Smooth check-outs: Handle final bills, payments, and ensure guests leave with smiles and plans to return.
- Valet services: Help with parking, ski, or bike valet during peak seasons (a valid BC driver’s license is a must).
- Proven customer service experience (hospitality experience is a big plus).
- Top-notch communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
