What You'll Learn & Be Responsible For
  • Operational Exposure: Learn end-to-end sawmill operations including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and planning
  • Safety Leadership: Build a strong safety mindset and learn how leaders influence safe work practices on the floor
  • Problem Solving: Analyze operational challenges, respond to issues in real time, and help drive continuous improvement
  • Team Engagement: Work alongside operators, trades, and leaders-developing communication and people-leadership skills
  • Leadership Development: Gain mentorship, coaching, and formal education designed to prepare you for future Supervisor roles
