Retention BonusSuccessful new hires are eligible for a retention bonus of up to $3,000, paid as follows: $1,000 after 1 month of employment, $1,000 after 3 months and $1,000 after 6 months of continued employment with CFIB.What You Will Be Doing

Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Saskatoon area
Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs
Present CFIB solutions that provides value, savings, and support
Develop new business through prospecting and referrals
Build long term relationships with members
Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support
Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development

Who Succeeds in this Role

1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently
Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth
Comfortable working in a field-based role
Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

What You Will Receive

Total compensation of $85,000 – $95,000 +, annually, with uncapped earning potential
