Adecco is currently hiring a Project Manager (Construction) for a full-time opportunity in Calgary, AB. This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional with strong leadership, organizational, and project delivery skills, particularly within residential or high-rise construction environments.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned construction projects, including budget, schedule, quality, and resources. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully from preconstruction through completion.Pay Rate: $140,000 - $160,000 annuallyLocation: Calgary, ABSchedule: Full-timeContract: Temp-to-perm potentialVacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.ResponsibilitiesOversee full project lifecycle including budget, schedule, quality, and resource managementPrepare and manage project control budgets in collaboration with preconstruction teamsParticipate in contract negotiations and communicate with owners, architects, and consultantsPrepare Letters of Intent and ensure proper contract documentation is in placeManage day-to-day project activities to ensure alignment with schedules, budgets, and contract requirementsMonitor construction progress and implement corrective actions as neededCoordinate and distribute project documentation including drawings, specifications, RFIs, change orders, and reportsEnsure compliance with contract documents, building codes, and company standardsCollaborate with internal teams and trade partners to ensure smooth project executionRequirementsBachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred6-8 years of experience in construction, preferably in high-rise residential projectsStrong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and project delivery methodsExperience with project management software such as Procore or SharePointExcellent organizational, multitasking, and documentation management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to manage complex projects and maintain accuracy in tracking and reportingMust be legally authorized to work and reside in CanadaWhy Work with This ClientTop General Contractor in Western CanadaStrong pipeline of residential construction projectsOpportunities for career growth and advancementCollaborative and performance-driven work environmentInterested in this position?
