Equation Staffing Solutions is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Custodial Services Workers for a long-term assignment in Prentiss. This opportunity offers consistent full-time hours and the chance to work in an industrial environment.Job Responsibilities:

Cleaning and maintaining site trailers
General janitorial duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, garbage removal)
Working safely with cleaning chemicals
Walking between different site areas/trailers (outdoor movement required)
Carrying water buckets or jugs to designated areas, as some locations do not have running water
Maintaining cleanliness standards in an industrial environment

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of janitorial experience required
Industrial cleaning experience considered an asset
English proficiency required due to the work environment and safety communication
Comfortable performing physical work
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must pass a Criminal Background Check
Steel-toed boots required
Reliable vehicle required (site is not transit accessible)

All other required PPE will be provided on site.Assignment Details:

Start Time: 7:00 AM
Schedule: 6 days per week
Hours: 10-hour shifts
Overtime paid
Duration: 2 months, with possibility of extension
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
