As a seasonal Bulk Plant Operator Helper, You will assist with labour intensive aspects of bulk plant operation. You will be assisting with manual labor components such as lifting, carrying, holding in place and retrieving/delivering items. By having a second person assist with jobs that are labour intensive, this increases efficiency and also provides a safer environment. Your success will be gauged by your ability to complete assigned tasks and assist current operators with their daily duties.
