- Assortment Growth: Help identify "the next big thing" in beauty. You’ll manage new brand launches and execute strategies to grow our current portfolio.
- Merchandising & Planograms: Own the visual strategy. You’ll manage planograms and off-shelf programs to ensure our products are easy to find and impossible to resist.
- Promo Planning: Lead the charge on promotional calendars, vendor funding, and post-promo analysis to see what truly moved the needle.
- Sales Reporting & Reviews: Get into the data. You’ll conduct regular sales reviews and report on margins, productivity, and SKU performance to provide actionable insights.
- Inventory & Lifecycle: Manage the "end-to-end" life of a product—from forecasting and initial purchase to SKU rationalization and exit strategies.
- Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for our suppliers and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Ecommerce, Franchise and our Stores to keep everyone aligned.
- The Experience: You have 3 years of experience in Category Management. You understand the retail landscape and are ready to take the next step.
- The Speed: You thrive in a fast-paced environment. "Deadlines" don't scare you—they motivate you.
- The Mindset: You are highly organized and detail oriented. You can switch from a creative brainstorming session about new brands to a complex Excel sales report without missing a beat.
- The Passion: You genuinely love the beauty industry and stay ahead of market trends.
- Technical Skills: You’re a pro with MS Office (especially Excel) and have experience working with ERP inventory systems.
