- Maintenance and general upkeep of multiple properties (small repairs, plumbing, HVAC, etc.), scheduling specialist contractors/service providers and renovations as needed
- Overseeing/coordinating preventative maintenance and ensuring all properties are up to health & safety standards (permits, licensing, fire safety, etc.)
- Managing budgets/expenses in regards to service contracts, projects/renovations and approving invoices for payment
- Ensuring all properties are safe/secure by managing all building security systems (access, cameras, alarms, etc.) and being on-call for after-hours maintenance/tenant support and alarm responses
- Tenant communication including service requests, issuing memos for work being conducted in the building, questions/concerns, etc.)
- Other duties and tasks as needed
- Successfully complete a criminal background check
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Heavy lifting may be required (up to 50 - 70 pounds)
- Proficient with MS Word
- 5+ years' experience in building maintenance/management or a related field is required
- Friendly, positive and approachable personality
- Excellent communication, both verbal/written, and interpersonal skills

- Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload

- These opportunities do not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidates should relocation be required.
