An established, high-volume urban medical practice in central Saskatoon, Saskatchewan is recruiting two full-time Family Physicians / General Practitioners to assume immediate, ready-made patient panels following the relocation of two senior physicians.This is a rare opportunity to step directly into a mature, well-supported practice with stable demand and transparent earnings.The Practice Serving the community for over 30 years, the clinic provides comprehensive, longitudinal primary care to a diverse urban population, supported by strong referral pathways and integrated allied health services.The working environment is professional, efficient and collegial — structured to support clinical quality and sustainable work–life balance.

Role: Family Physician / General Practitioner
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (no routine evenings or weekends)
Start Date: As soon as mutually agreed
Clinical Scope: Preventive care, chronic disease management, acute presentations and minor procedures

Facilities & Clinical Support

Two fully equipped consultation rooms plus private physician office
Dedicated procedure room
On-site diagnostics (spirometry, ECG, Holter monitoring) performed by certified technicians
On-site pharmacy with collaborative pharmacists
Experienced administrative team managing appointments, billing and workflow
EMR (Med Access) with remote access and integrated laboratory results
Central location with ample free parking

Remuneration & Terms

Fee-for-service and capitation model
Transparent, incentivised revenue split
Clear visibility of billings and overheads
Relocation assistance negotiable

Eligibility

Eligibility for full or provisional licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan
Legal entitlement to practise in Canada (citizenship, permanent residence or valid work permit)
