
Sr. ERP Implementation Analyst- Finance & Supply Chain

- Serve as the Finance team’s subject matter expert on inventory accounting and costing during the ERP migration to Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements related to inventory and financial processes.
- Support the adaptation and optimization of current business processes through the features and functionalities of the new ERP.
- Support the integration of the new Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS) with Dynamics 365.
- Design and execute test scripts, validate data migration, and ensure system configurations meet financial reporting and control requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory transactions and financial data flows.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Provide training and documentation to end users on new processes and system functionalities.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance system efficiency and data integrity.
- Participate in post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; CPA designation is an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial systems analysis, with a focus on inventory and supply chain processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems as super user or implementor, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with WMS and TMS integrations in a distribution or logistics environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Power User), Tableau, and Microsoft Access.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in documenting business processes and training materials.
