- Operational responsibilities:
Execute IAM processes including end-user authentication and authorization.
Support communication and engagement plans for ONE ID initiatives.
Provide input to process improvements and process documentation aligned with evolving business needs.
- Project Responsibilities:
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in IT or digital health environments.
- Hands-on experience with client support, client integration, and business process implementation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience supporting product integration projects.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework.
Proven ability to work within IAM framework
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, or reporting systems
Knowledge of ITSM practicesRequired Skills:Solid understanding of data integrity principles and quality assurance.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to interpret and update technical/process documentation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet SLA timelines.Summary
