- Act as the external face of WPP Media Growth-cultivating prospective relationships, responding to inbound RFPs, and building a pipeline of opportunity.

- Experienced in the media/creative agency world
- Bonus: client-side or client-facing experience is an asset.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years focused on business development or growth functions
- Experience working within an advertising, media, or creative agency is required
- Proven ability to lead complex projects from pitch to close
- Deep understanding of the Canadian media landscape and competitive agency environment
- Strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and attention to detail
- A natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving, ever-changing environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint (because, let's be real…)
