Welder APP YR 2 to Welder JM with C-Ticket Welding Experience

- Comply with Company and Client Safety rules, as well as OH&S standards
- Read and interpret blue prints to determine requirements of the job
- Knowledge of welding with Sub-Arc procedure considered an asset
- Understands how to read drawings, fit nozzles and piping, and structural
- Clean and check weld for defects
- Attend required safety and tailgate/toolbox meetings
- May perform other duties as assigned
- Must be an Alberta registered apprentice or ticketed journeyman (or hold an apprenticeship or journeyman certificate recognized by AIT)
- Alberta B-Pressure Certificate and current PQR’s may be required
- Current CWB All-position certification may be required
- CSTS-09 and/or CSO
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Must be physically able to lift 50lbs and climb in/under units in the field
- Organized and self-motivated
- Must have a C Ticket
