Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Casual OCX Loader to join their team. As a Casual OCX Loader, you will be part of the operations department supporting tire manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, safety awareness, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Casual OCX LoaderLocation: New Glasgow, NSPay Range: $18.8Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts from 07:00 to 19:00 and from 19:00 to 07:00, with occasional overtimeWhat's the Job?

Remove empty product bobbins from tire building machines
Read and confirm product tickets to ensure correct product loading
Reload with product bobbins delivered from Prep
Collect and return supplies used for loading products
Refill cans of dissolution, thread, cut, and join product as needed

What's Needed?

Ability to perform repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 20kg
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work in a controlled environment with safety protocols
Comfort with working on 12-hour rotating shifts
Background check clearance (criminal, local)
