- Manage shipping and receiving of products and materials.
- Allocate, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Perform inventory control and assist with stock forecasting and utilization.
- Support logistics coordination and quality control processes.
- Operate and maintain inventory software systems.
- Manage yard organization and material flow.
- Load and offload trailers safely and efficiently.
- Complete parts pickup and delivery to end users as required.
- Minimum high school education.
- Experience in an industrial or customer-focused environment considered an asset.
- High energy, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to safely lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
- Forklift Operator Certificate considered an asset.
