We operate in small engagement teams to provide direct hands-on experience to our clients.What You'll DoThe Senior Consultant will work with clients in domestic and multinational companies across various and diverse industries. Some of the job responsibilities will include:Oversee the day-to-day financial activities of restructuring and/or transactions advisory engagementsApply business, accounting, finance and analysis skills to various client situations and practice disciplinesReview financial statements and perform quality of earnings/cash flow analysisPrepare and/or review complex financial projections to model business processes and/or transactionsAssess business plans, cash flows, and analyze large amounts of data associated with restructuring plansConduct financial due diligence and financial analysis of clients and potential target companiesUnderstand all aspects of the client's business including review of operational and financial performanceDraft written reports and/or presentations on the project scope, findings and/or results of activitiesWork with the client's senior management, restructuring / legal / finance experts on work engagementsManage the engagement team and provide coaching to junior team membersHow You'll GrowWe are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.
