- Actively participates in projects, provides assistance, manages client input/feedback, and general coordination;
- Working with single or multidisciplinary design teams on the project to ensure efficient and sustainable project delivery;
- Successfully develops relationships with clients, industry affiliates, engineers, technologists, technicians, and construction personnel;
- Coordinates and assists with the preparation of engineering specifications, drawings, and quantity/opinions on probable cost;
- Preparation of reports, proposals, and tender/bid submissions, budgets, project plans, and other supporting documentation, as required and directed by the project manager;
- Coordinating tender phase and construction phase services, including the issuance of addendums, shop drawing review, and Request for Information (RFI) tracking;
- Estimating and scheduling of projects, invoicing, including close out review, and update /maintenance of company-related data and resources;
- Monitoring project budgets and tracking financial pursuits including proposals and change orders;
- Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety policies and procedures;
- Apply and promote Englobe’s security policies and procedures.
- Degree, diploma, or certification from a recognized post-secondary institution(Engineering, Technologies, or Project Management)or equivalent project coordination background(minimum1-3 years).New Grad’s will be considered;
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel are required;
- Excellent command of English grammar, spelling and composition, as well as oral communication and interpersonal skills. French language skills considered an asset;
- Confidence to participate in regular meetings, and eager to coordinate with team members in person, on the phone, and via email;
- Professional, energetic, and action-oriented;
- Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills;
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to work individually and as a team member, within a dynamic, fast-paced, deadlinedriven environment;
- Effectively manages a variety oftasksand/or initiatives, often occurring simultaneously;
- Able to balance work and personal requirements;
- Enjoys working in a professional office environment, with occasional client and/or site visits.
- Experience workingwithin aDesign-Consulting team environment is considered an asset;
- Experiencewith NMS standard specifications;
- Collaboratingand coordinating projectswith multi-discipline teams including (PM, mechanical,electrical, civil,architectural, sub-consultantsetc.);
- Using MS Project to develop project schedules.
