  • 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Understanding of process and project management practices used to resolve complex operational issues.
  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality on all critical business matters.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across a various range of teams and functional roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute on their own.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video, display and app to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.As an Administrative Business Partner, you will oversee scheduling, flawless event execution, and strategic cross-team collaborations. You will act as a key strategic partner, leveraging tools and AI to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 104,000-107,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Please note that the compensation details listed in Canada role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.   • Plan and execute a various range of events from digital team building to large-scale leadership forums ensuring memorable and seamless experiences.
  • Lead or co-lead cross-functional initiatives of varying magnitudes, driving projects from conception to successful completion.
  • Foster strong relationships within the administrative business partner community and Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership to share best practices, align on strategy, and advocate a responsive admin community.
  • Leverage Google AI to accelerate productivity and build high-efficiency workflows for the Directors, and the broader LCS team.
