What are your contributions to the team?
  • Administer Maximo environments, including user access, security roles, workflows, and integrations;
  • Configure modules such as Work Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Preventive Maintenance, and Asset Management;
  • Support the migration of legacy Maximo systems to modern platforms, including cloud deployments;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system enhancements and performance improvements;
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Maximo and Power BI;
  • Provide training and documentation to end users;
  • Ensure data quality and standardization across sites;
  • Participate in change management initiatives.
How to thrive in this role?
  • College diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience administering IBM Maximo
  • Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management;
  • Experience with Maximo integrations (ERP, IoT, GIS, Azure);
  • Familiarity with SQL, automation scripts, and workflow configuration;
  • Bilingual (French/English) preferred;
  • Experience with Maximo version 4.11 (Asset);
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) (Asset).
