  • Proactively drive sales and achieve production targets
  • Generate leads, build a strong pipeline, and confidently close opportunities
  • Deliver personalized insurance solutions based on client needs
  • Strengthen our presence through community involvement and marketing
  • Build strong client relationships rooted in service and trust
  • Provide helpful and friendly support for billing, claims, and policy updates
  • Collaborate with the agent and team to drive overall business growth
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in sales — you genuinely enjoy selling and hitting targets
  • OTL, RIBO, or LLQP license (preferred) OR willingness to obtain
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, retail sales, or outbound sales
  • Strong communicator able to build immediate rapport
  • Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with high accountability
  • Positive, energetic, and confident in working with people
  • Someone well-rounded and actively involved in their community
  • Team player who is eager to grow personally and professionally
