- Schedule appointments and visit existing customers to review product needs and determine other opportunities
- Provide product quotes as required
- Organize and attend joint sales calls with vendors
- Open new accounts
- Continuously updating customers on product changes and modifications
- Provide solutions to customers’ problems
- Attend trade shows and conferences
- Product introduction of new releases
- Liaise between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches
- Prepare reports for marketing and sales, and keeping expense accounts
- Perform maintenance and update customer accounts, including contact names for future sales
- Keep up to date on new products, services, procedures and tools by attending training and departmental meetings
- Other duties as assigned
- Industry knowledge and experience is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a sales field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, especially Excel
- Highly efficient, self-driven and motivated individual
