Location: MississaugaWe are seeking a dynamic Bilingual (French) Sales Support to manage key Food Service and Industrial accounts. This role involves direct customer engagement, order processing, and coordination with dispatch and production teams.Responsibilities:- Receive and respond to customers as the first point of contact for customers regarding various company products
- Respond to escalated consumer inquiries
- Manage customer relationships and forecasts
- Coordinate with internal teams on production and logistics.
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Dynamics CRM, and Sage 300 ERP for order and inventory management
- Support invoicing and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Occasionally meet clients in person with Sales RepsOur client is looking for:- Experience in Food Service or Industrial sectors
- Must have Customer Service/Order Entry experience
- Full cycle order entry to include warranties, returns and claims
- Strong communication skills both verbally/written in French
- Strong computer skills MS Office, etc. and access to a strong internet connection/computer
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships, be flexible and have problem-solving skills.
