This posting represents a current opportunity at Giant Tiger.Job Title Production CoordinatorAbout This Role:Purpose:Giant Tigers globally sourced products will meet the design, quality and brand packaging standards and achieve on time delivery.Workplace Arrangements:This role will follow a hybrid remote/onsite schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work on-site from our Ottawa Head Office, on Walkley Road at least 2 days a week.What You'll Be Doing:Provide sourcing and production related information to key stakeholders - internal/external.Execute product development process and collaborate with Manger/Buyers to ensure that all items meet our standards.Deliver product development on time, adhering to the critical path and key milestones.Execute artwork/packaging with internal/external stakeholders for all globally sourced private label products.What You'll Bring:Equivalent of a post-secondary degree/diploma in related field1 - 2 years + work experience, preferably in sourcing, product development, project management within Home Products, Softgoods or Grocery retailProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookFamiliar working in PLM environmentWell developed organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task and perform under deadline pressuresWell developed problem solving skillsHigh level of self-management and ability to collaborateExcellent written and oral communication skillsAssets You May HaveBilingual English and FrenchExperience in retail environments#LI-HYBRIDGiant Tiger is proud to offer a Total Rewards package designed to support your financial security, health, and career growth.
