- Translate marketing initiatives into a social media vision that inspires, engages, and strengthens the Melanie Lyne community.
- Manage the brand’s organic social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring every post reflects our elevated positioning.
- Identify and secure partnerships with influencers who embody our brand values, negotiate agreements, and oversee flawless execution of deliverables.
- Design campaigns that spark conversation, celebrate style, and drive traffic and conversion.
- Monitor fashion, luxury, and social trends, applying insights to keep our content innovative and relevant.
- Analyze performance metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations to elevate future initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Paid Media, and Creative teams to ensure a seamless brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- 3+ years of social media experience, ideally in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands
- Demonstrated success in influencer marketing, including outreach, negotiation, and contract management.
- Strong writing skills and an impeccable sense of tone
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously
- Deep appreciation for fashion, design, and luxury aesthetics
- Team player with a positive attitude, results driven
- Strong attention to detail
- Retail experience - an asset
- An advantage: Familiarity with Asana, Hootsuite, and Upfluence
