About The RoleHUB continues to grow and seeking a dynamic Commercial Lines Account Manager for our Leamington Office. This is an ideal role for a strong team player who is detailed oriented, enjoys working with people and a commitment to deliver results on required deadlines.What You’ll DoMeeting existing clients’ needs, including quotations, premium adjustments, endorsementsClient enquiries, taking claims and handling renewalsPrepare and monitor insurance submissions, proposals, and summaries of insuranceMonitor the processing of binders, certificates and billingsTake client calls and answer questions regarding coverages, accept and process online quotes,Act as one of the primary points of contact on accounts; responsible for maintaining key client and insurer relationshipsNegotiate with insurers on coverage and price so as to best meet the needs of the client in conjunction with the producerCollect premiums from clients in a timeline pursuant to HUB standardsUtilizing third party systems for policy issuanceAdvocate for clients during claims processOther related duties as may be required from time to timeQualifications and expertise that pave the way for SuccessTypically, 4+ years of Commercial Insurance in the Construction IndustryRIBO (Ontario Broker’s license) is required; CAIB, CIP preferred is an assetExperience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive customer experiencesSelf-starter and strong team player able to work within Production and Service teamsEffective organizational skills and time managementWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel).Ability to learn and understand new systems quickly; EPIC fluency is an asset.Elevate Your Career with HUB InternationalChoosing HUB International means aligning your career with a premier insurance brokerage.
