ECOMMERCE ACTIVATION MANAGER

- For each Bricks & Clicks account, optimize sales conversion and trade-up, as well as In-House Share (IHS) where available
- Lead the development and execution of all performance marketing campaigns on e-retailers (Walmart, Costco). This can include display, pay-per-click (PPC), paid social, search engine optimization (SEO), and affiliate marketing
- Maximize ROI of the retail activation budget
- For each account, develop a detailed understanding of:
- Online shopping behavior (search, taxonomy, traffic sources)
- Levers required to drive visibility
- most relevant content for sales conversion
- Set up and implement optimal action plans to ensure Groupe SEB brands and products online visibility on the retailer platforms and other online touchpoints. Provide adequate reporting
- Work in collaboration with:
- KAM to ensure alignment with account objectives and tactical short-term topics (i.e. plugged to the daily business and competitive environment). Also ensure full cohesiveness between offline and online (One Retail Strategy)
- E-retail Content Manager to align with content & innovation strategies – promo plan visibility, launch guidelines
- Retailers’ Performance marketing teams to negotiate deals and set up joint plans whenever possible
- KPIs: IHS (when available) and online POS sales weight of business
- Campaigns ROI
- Understanding of review and content syndication tools
- Create & implement clear, transparent goal setting process. Foster data-based decision-making processes.
- Collect and share eCommerce industry expertise & best practices
- Able to manage large budgets and maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with external agencies and manage non contractual ATL/Coop investments (e.g. Criteo)
- May be responsible for briefing agencies and managing Retail Media Sponsored Search campaigns (e.g. Mabaya, Amazon)
- Soft skills:
- Ability to team up and work transversally in a complex environment – across silos
- High level of autonomy and agility needed to create adaptable roadmaps and evolve within Groupe SEB complexity
- English for international exposure
- Ability to influence at C-level
- Ability to negotiation and influence customers to secure activation plans for Groupe SEB
- Hard skills:
- Digital marketing experience knows the KPIs & has had direct experience in managing eCommerce activation plans
- Clear consumer/ shopper centric mindset: we look for a strong marketeer sitting in sales driven environment.
