They will work on the proprietary tool SOM (Sobeys Offer Management) platform to create error free campaigns and offers while leveraging data and analytics to deliver targeted campaigns across various channels and contribute to enhancing processes and systems.Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
- Deliver weekly campaigns for all banners, regions, tactics like weekly mass basket builders, personalized offers, supplier funded offers, department level offers, digital exclusives and similar offers recurring each week on time
- Assist loyalty and advanced analytics teams in doing QA of the output files from SOM, highlight changes, fix errors in source files to reduce redundancy in downstream systems
- Work closely with the internal and external technology partners for regular maintenance, updates, bugs tracking and enhancements to the SOM engine
- Collaborate with Loyalty, Merchandising, Advanced Analytics, DTC, and other relevant stakeholders to deliver weekly campaign files by leading weekly calls for all banners supported by Scene+ and Loyalty
- Log tickets, update Confluence and other project management tools, testing new features and enhancements, recording release notes and signoff on final releases
- Actively project manage the end-to-end process of offer creation with close monitoring of workback schedules, handover timelines, turnaround times and final file delivery
- Responsible for delivering training sessions to new team members as they are onboarded to facilitate their successful integration and development.
- Stay up to date with larger marketing goals, participate in workshops and make recommendations on driving efficiencies through refinement of existing systems and processes

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, loyalty, campaign management or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and customer insights to inform campaign strategies. Strive for continuous improvement, generates and recommends innovative ideas.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience creating personalized campaigns and offers for end users.
- Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Problem solving mindset, strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in the grocery or retail industry is a plus.
