- Leading end-to-end project lifecycle management for initiatives spanning operational enhancements, IT system implementations, and quality control improvements across all studio locations.
- Defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Nuovo's strategic goals.
- Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication frameworks.
- Monitoring project progress against established milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks or roadblocks to ensure successful completion.
- Facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between Operations, IT, Quality Control, and other departments to ensure integrated project solutions.
- Analyzing current operational workflows and IT systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Implementing best practices in quality control processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to Nuovo's brand standards and client experience expectations.
- Driving the adoption of new technologies and operational methodologies to enhance productivity, client satisfaction, and overall business performance.
- Preparing comprehensive project reports and presentations for executive and operational stakeholders, detailing project status, outcomes, and key performance indicators.
- Conducting post-project evaluations to assess effectiveness, identify lessons learned, and inform future strategic planning.
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement, actively seeking out and presenting innovative solutions to recurring challenges in operations, IT, and quality control.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in project management, with a demonstrable focus on operations, IT, and/or quality control initiatives.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, from conception to completion, within established timelines and budgets.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for process optimization and efficiency gains.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex project details to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Microsoft Project), Google Workspace (especially Sheets, Docs, Slides), and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Perfectly fluent in English. Fluency in French and/or Spanish is considered a notable asset.
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications.
- Experience in a multi-location retail or service-based business.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and re-engineering.
- Experience with CRM and ERP system implementations or integrations.
- A proven track record of driving significant operational efficiencies or IT system improvements.
