As a Territory Manager, you will drive Facilities Care Solutions (FCS) to profitably grow building window film and architectural finishes solutions by working closely with your teammates (Commercial Leadership, Marketing Professionals, Inside Sales Professionals, Outside Sales Professionals) to target, and develop net new value-added customer opportunities. This role may also include responsibility for an assigned group of distributors in the facilities market.As a Territory Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Identify, develop, and convert growth opportunities to increase market share in partnership with dealers and distributors.
- Own pipeline development and management with clear targets, stages, and conversion plans.
- Deliver customer development plans; provide best-in-class service; manage contract pricing and compliance.
- Conduct account planning, including customer insight gathering, price intelligence, and demand forecasting.
- Communicate prioritized initiatives and progress to assigned accounts on a regular cadence.
- Partner cross-functionally to align and secure resources for high-potential opportunities.
- Coordinate and facilitate dealer pull through and value realization.
- Represent 3M at industry events and trade shows, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Ten (10) years of Marketing, and/or Sales in a private, public, government or military environment
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
- Toronto, metropolitan area based
- Bilingual English and French
- Advanced experience and knowledge of the architectural design industry
- Sales specialist or key account selling experience
- Experience working with channel partners
- Portfolio and/or segment marketing experience
- Track-record of new business development and program implementation
- Experience and comfort presenting to customers, including corner office executives
- Well organized, self-starter, process driven, with the ability to prioritize
- Cross-functional experience
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and PowerBI Reporting
