🏆 2024 Canada’s Top Growing CompanyAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Sales Trainer to join our leadership team to design and deliver impactful training sessions for both new and existing insurance brokers. This role is ideal for someone who understands sales processes, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can mentor others to perform at their highest level.Key ResponsibilitiesLead onboarding and training programs focused on sales strategy, call handling, and quoting processes for new brokersConduct coaching sessions and shadowing to enhance broker performance and client interaction confidenceDevelop and maintain training materials, guides, and standard operating proceduresUse feedback, performance metrics, and KPIs to continuously refine training methodsAssist brokers with RIBO exam preparation and licensing supportSupport team leads with ongoing development initiatives and refresher training sessionsCollaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and training needsCreate and manage training schedules and track broker progressFoster a positive, energetic, and high-performance cultureRequired QualificationsMinimum 2+ years in sales or call center environmentMinimum 1+ years of training, coaching, or instructional experienceRIBO or OTL certificationStrong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Excel (creating trackers, reports, and performance logs)3+ years of experience in insurance or financial services preferredManagerial or team lead experience is an assetAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and diverse personalitiesWhat We OfferCompetitive base salaryGroup benefits including dental, extended health, and vision coverageSupportive, innovative, and fast-paced team environmentOpportunities for growth into leadership or operational rolesOur Commitment to Diversity, Inclusion, and BelongingBillyard Insurance Group – Mississauga East is committed to building a transparent environment where everyone feels heard, welcomed, and included.
