
Subscriber Acquisition Coordinator (Toronto Hybrid)

- Assists the Manager with the development of bulk and test marketing plans to meet subscriber acquisition program objectives for direct mail, digital, and alternate media programs.
- Coordinates the development of promotional materials to ensure stated objectives and deadlines are met. This includes reviewing creative copy, generating copy approval outlines, monitoring the approval process, and writing production instructions.
- Proofreads all promotional materials at each creative stage to ensure the final product meets the necessary requirements.
- Sets up, maintains, and communicates campaign overview details to internal and external stakeholders to ensure all offers are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generates and processes campaign documents such as promotional details, campaign progress reports, spending reports and purchase orders.
- Monitors live campaigns to validate effectiveness and ensure execution is aligned with expectations.
- Reviews processes and operational aspects of all paid Acquisition programs that will contribute to increased efficiency, cost savings and innovation.
- Recommend methods to reduce complexity through innovation or creative process efficiencies.
- Monitors, reports and presents campaign results at applicable stages for all programs.
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business/Marketing or related discipline
- 0 to 2 years progressive experience in Marketing (developing and executing Direct Marketing campaigns is an asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Proficiency with project management tools like Trello, Airtable, or Asana is an asset.
- Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Detail oriented with the ability to coordinate complex campaigns under tight deadlines
- Creative thinking skills to assist with developing innovative marketing plans and problem solving
