This is a casual 3 month contract position. The Clinical Assistant facilitates the administrative aspects, and offers support in the storefront area as it pertains to CPAP therapy in a specific branch location.Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirementsProvides support for supervisors, managers, sales and healthcare staff by performing daily office dutiesProvides friendly and helpful service to clients by providing specific information as it pertains to CPAP therapyAssists with monthly CPAP sales goals (ie: CPAP machines and rePAP)Assists with maintenance of CPAP equipment and inventory for the branchJointly booking CPAP appointments and follow up for clients at the branchParticipates in home testing for diagnosis purposes within the supervision of a healthcare professionalAssists healthcare professionals with the completion of necessary process and forms, assisting with the cleaning & maintenance of CPAP equipment during in-service to clientDocuments client care services by charting in client recordsFacilitates payment by preparation of funding documents, and maintaining knowledge of funding systemsOther duties as assignedAre you a MATCH?Here’s what you will needCollege Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or medical background preferred.Computer literate in Microsoft Office, ERP & Google systems with strong data entry skills and selling skills.1-2 years of experience in general office practiceWhat’s in it for youCompetitive total rewardsWork/life integration: From standard hours to personal time offInclusive workplace: Bring your whole self to work as you learn and growMeaningful work: Do work that mattersCulture of safety: We weave safety and wellness into all that we doAdditional InformationAccommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.
