Location: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)We are seeking a detail-oriented Governance & Compliance Analyst to support the PGD team in managing and delivering effective governance and reporting across the portfolio. This role will be instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data on the portfolio performance and supporting adherence to governance & compliance standards.Requirements
- Proven work experience (3-5 years) in project management governance, or reporting support roles
- Basic Knowledge of project governance, dependency tracking and financial reporting
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize data and key findings clearly
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, including strong experience building and analyzing PivotTables
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ability to perform in high pressure, fast paced situations
- Creative thinker who will take ownership and accountability
- Technology and Financial Services background (desired)*//
