The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for major ICI construction projects across the Greater Ottawa Metropolitan Area. The role is based in Ottawa and requires a detail‑oriented professional with strong analytical skills.

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for major ICI construction projects.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to establish budgets.
Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Provide cost-saving recommendations and value engineering solutions.
Assist in preparing project schedules and timelines.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure budget alignment throughout project execution.
Review and assess bid proposals for accuracy and feasibility.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and construction costs in Toronto.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Secret Security clearance is required
