The environment follows Scaled Agile practices and requires a tactical, delivery-focused leader who can bring structure, accountability, and consistency to execution. The role is hands-on and outcome-driven, with a strong emphasis on Jira discipline, cross-team coordination, and predictable delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day delivery across multiple small projects and enhancementsLead Agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned to sprint commitmentsSupport Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planningMaintain Jira hygiene, reporting accuracy, dashboards, and stakeholder visibilityTrack risks, dependencies, and blockers; drive resolution and escalate when neededCoordinate across distributed teams in Canada, the US, and offshore IndiaProvide structured, concise updates to leadership and cross-functional partnersEnsure delivery timelines are met across a fast-moving portfolioCurrent Work IncludesEnhancements and improvements across core business applicationsA major platform implementation within a complex operational ecosystemCross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and systemsExperience with enterprise applications or ERP/TMS/SAP-type systems is helpful but not requiredIdeal ProfileProven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environmentStrong Jira management, reporting, and dashboarding skillsComfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives with tight timelinesSkilled at supporting teams newer to Agile and reinforcing delivery disciplineConfident leading meetings, driving accountability, and presenting updatesHighly organized, proactive, and execution-focusedThis role requires 2 onsite days weekly in the Tri-City region (Kitchener–Waterloo–Cambridge).
