Job Description:Mechanical ForemanMaple Reinders Constructors Ltd. is looking for an experienced Mechanical Foreman in Pickering, Ontario. This is your chance to work with one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies!Responsibilities/Qualifications:We are looking for a foreman who has experience with:
  • Reading & interpreting interferences from all drawings
  • Establishing control points with accuracy
  • Providing leadership at the foreperson level
  • Installing PVC/HDPE and stainless steel piping
  • Installing various types of mechanical equipment and architectural hardware
  • Transferring levels over long distances accurately
  • Rigging and installing equipment
  • Mechanical bolt-up
  • Working in industrial and/or commercial construction is an asset
  • Providing guidance and coordinating of a construction crew
  • Delegating tasks and follow-up
  • Water treatment and/or waste water treatment facility construction is an asset
  • Journeyperson plumbing certification

Benefits:
  • $45.18 - $47.48 /Hour (CLAC Rate) with a 10% premium of your hourly base wage rate
