The Business Solutions Department, Group and Business Insurance is responsible for ensuring the stability, operational control and evolution of the systems used by the Group Benefits and Retirement Savings business line. The department plays a leadership role in the delivery of digital projects, which is one of Wealth Management and Life and Health Insurance’s five key priorities. As an Advisory Analyst, Systems Management, you help resolve and track system production anomalies under the business line’s responsibility. You analyze and help diagnose issues. You provide opinions in accordance with your discipline’s rules and help develop recommendations and implementation plans. You develop tools, methods and processes. You share ideas. You help solve problems using your analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of your line of business. You draw on your ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. You provide discipline-specific support to your unit, clients and partners.
