Details:
Hybrid: 2 days in office. (Anchor days: Monday and Thursday)
Contract Duration: 8 months with extension possible
Possibility of extension: Yes

Business group: HR Technology; Global Enterprise Technology Quality Assurance
Project: Objective of GHRT QAT is to ensure that HR software meets the functional requirements specified in the technical design document, to identify and fix defects as well to perform regression testing to ensure the software has not broken functionality that was not directly changed. Primary focus is to deliver high quality services and support, with velocity and efficiency within project timelines and on budget.Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. Minimum working experience of 5+ years as QAT.
2. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HR/HCM are required.
3. 5+ years of exp with Canadian Payroll year-end activities with wage and hour payroll practices is a must. Experience in various SAP Canadian payroll Infotypes in PA30, personnel actions using PA40 and payroll process
4. Strong experience working with integration functionality between Payroll and Finance postings is required.
5. 5+ years of Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation such as test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test result reports.
6. Strong Microsoft Office skills required. (VLOOKUP, pivots, databases)Nice-To-Have Skills:
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is an asset.
  • Sound knowledge of Waterfall and Agile delivery framework.
  • Excellent knowledge of testing standards and methodologies.
  • Intermediate SQL (Structured Query Language) skills
  • Working knowledge of Jira

  • Able to effectively communicate in a clear and succinct manner and must be able to interface and effectively influence at all organizational levels. Ability to handle conflict with confidence and integrity.

Education:
- Bachelors degree in related filed
- SAP Payroll certification and SAP EC Certified is highly preferredBest VS. Average Candidate:
