This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.Location: Regina, SKJob type: Full-time | ContractContract Start: May 15, 2026, or soonerContract End: Up to Dec 31, 2027Pay rate: Dependent on experience and qualificationsResponsibilities:Scheduling & AdministrationSchedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.Assist Project Manager with planning, estimating, developing and maintaining project schedules.Establish and maintain a tracking system for key deadlines such as status reporting and monthly project forecasts.Serve as the primary point of contact for project audits, including preparing submissions.Assist with the documentation of project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and lessons learned.Prepare project reports and support portfolio reporting activities.Quality AssuranceSupport adherence to project requirements by coordinating quality reviews and conducting quality assurance checks.Maintain, update and apply templates and processes for consistency across projects, and provide guidance to users.Assist Project Managers in change documentation and communication to project steering committees and project teams.Assist in preparing risk portfolio reports, as well as maintaining the risk register.Financial AdministrationAssist Project Manager with creating cost estimatesReview invoices and compare actuals to estimatesAssist Project Manager with preparing monthly forecastRequired Qualifications and Certifications:Diploma in Engineering Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management,Alternative Education: 4 Year University Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or equivalentMinimum of 1 year of relevant professional experienceValid Saskatchewan driver's license and acceptable driving history is required.Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaPreferred Assets:Project Management Professional (PMP)Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and SharePointExperience with Oracle OPC, Oracle Unifier and Primavera P6Lean Six Sigma certification (any belt level) is considered an assetHere's why you should apply:Paid weekly accurate and on timeStrong health and safety programsMedical and dental benefits once qualifiedFree training programsNew and quicker onboarding processAre you interested in this position?
