- Develop relationships with brand agencies in the support, development, and growth of the OOH and DOOH business.
- Provide strategic support to agency planning teams with development and execution of integrated OOH media planning.
- Support and provide strategic input into client annual plans and receiving high engagement levels through requests and RFPs.
- Develop POVs and provide recommendations to agency brand and clients in all related OOH activations and positioning amongst the industry.
- Work cross-functionally with Apex and PMX OOH activation teams, ensuring all campaigns are effectively delivered and achieves all KPI’s.
- Ensure client objectives and timelines are met by activation teams.
- Partnering with key members of the OOH team, manage relationship with partners and vendors in the design and use of customized OOH/DOOH solutions.
- Leads design, development, and execution of the OOH-Zine, a PMX publication that shares industry insights, explores new executions, showcases creative applications, and demonstrates OOH expertise.
- Leads development of sales positioning and corresponding materials to drive awareness, and activations.
- Explore and present thought Leadership opportunities and actively participate in key industry events.
- Anticipate client needs by identifying areas of growth in products / services / capabilities.
- Builds and holds excellent rapport and relationships with Media Owners.
- Demonstrating knowledgeable opinion on vendor news and activity.
- Minimum 5-years OOH planning leadership experience.
- Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of the OOH & DOOH media landscape.
- Strong relationship skills with the ability to communicate across all levels both internally and externally.
- Showcases best practice planning to the team and monitors quality of output.
- Experienced in resolving challenging client issues and team issues.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical proficiency, particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and tight deadlines under pressure.
- Strong sales acumen and analytical ability.
- Problem solver and good under pressure.
