Type: Full-Time, PermanentThis job posting is for an existing vacancyJob Responsibilities:-Develop and support strategies that improve homecare service models and partnership effectiveness.
-Collaborate with leadership to align initiatives with organizational priorities and client needs.
-Analyze assigned contracts for compliance, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement.
-Provide recommendations to leadership for strategic adjustments and enhancements.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community partners, and stakeholders.
-Act as a liaison for strategic discussions, ensuring clear communication and mutual success.
-Represent the organization in partnership meetings and collaborative initiatives.
-Serve as a senior point of contact for client escalations and strategic inquiries.
-Gather feedback and provide insights to inform service improvements and partnership growth.
-Prepare executive-level reports on contract performance, partnership outcomes, and strategic initiatives.
-Deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement and growth.
-Develop and maintain working knowledge of contractual requirements such as service expectations, reporting and communication protocolsQualifications:-University Degree (preferably in science or business BSc or BBA).
-Bilingualism (English/French) is a requirement.
-5+ years of experience in client relationship management, strategic partnerships, or healthcare coordination.
-Strong ability to analyze contracts and develop strategic recommendations.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
-Knowledge of homecare operations and healthcare regulations is an asset.SKILLS:
